IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE – AQUARIUMS

All aquariums must be shipped via pallet freight.

Due to the fragile and heavy nature of glass aquariums, all orders must be transported on a pallet to help minimise the risk of damage during transit.

Aqua Blue Distribution takes every precaution to ensure aquariums are securely and safely packaged before dispatch. However, damage may still occur during transportation.

Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to your retailer within 24–48 hours of receipt, along with supporting photos where possible, to allow the issue to be assessed promptly.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
