Dropship Terms and Conditions

By placing an order on our website for Drop Ship directly to your customer, you accept the following conditions :

• Aqua Blue Distribution does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or Postal Lockers.
• I agree that I am fully responsible for inputting the correct name, full address, and phone number, and that these details will not be checked or verified by Aqua Blue Distribution.
•  We recommend that deliveries go to a business address to ensure safest receipt, as if a residential address is used, and the receiver is not home and Redelivery Charges are incurred, you agree to pay this extra charge.
• I agree that once goods are despatched by Aqua Blue Distribution they are not responsible for the goods, or the delivery of those goods in any way, or for any reason.
•  Also I agree that, as Aqua Blue Distribution are not responsible for goods once they have been despatched, nor are they responsible for the delivery of the goods, I will not withhold payment in case of an issue associated with a Drop Ship delivery.
•  If the goods don’t arrive, or arrive damaged, I agree I will use my own transit insurance.
